Kombucha Berry Fizz
Here’s a great-tasting non-alcoholic beverage that’s a nice balance of sweet and bitter. Keep it low in sugar by strategically shopping for juice and kombucha. Scan the nutrition label—added sugars should be minimal or none.
Kombucha is a gut-friendly fermented tea
Low sugar kombucha is a fermented tea that makes this drink pleasantly fizzy while providing gut-friendly probiotics.
Pomegranate juice has more polyphenols than a glass of red wine
Pomegranate juice brings brain-healthy flavonoids, especially polyphenols, and vitamin C.
Blackberries are one of the most anthocyanin-rich berries of all. They make a pretty garnish and are delicious to eat from the bottom of the glass after soaking up gingery flavors.
Be sure to enjoy your Fizz with a high fiber snack to slow down absorption of the natural sugars. Olives are the perfect pairing.
