Spiced Apple Mocktail
Combining real apple cider and cinnamon-spiced tea makes for a refreshing, grown-up version of sparkling apple cider. With a splash of apple cider vinegar, it has a surprising depth of flavor for an alcohol-free drink.
Good quality apple cider vinegar is a gut-friendly fermented food. Consuming small amounts of vinegar may help stabilize blood sugar after a meal. Cinnamon-spiced herbal tea provides a good dose of anti-inflammatory spices. Bengal Spice by Celestial Seasonings is my top choice—it has a nostalgic vibe and is caffeine-free.
