Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- ½ cup water
- 3 tablespoons date syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon small jalapeno chile seeds removed, finely diced + 1 to sprinkle on top
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
- Combine the cranberries, water, date syrup, chiles, coriander, turmeric, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. When the cranberries start to pop, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Cook, stirring often, until the sauce coats the back of a spoon, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with more jalapeño before serving.
