- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 3 cups fresh cranberries

Instructions
- Combine the cranberries, maple syrup, orange juice, ginger, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. When the cranberries start to pop, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Cook, stirring often, until the sauce coats the back of a spoon, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in the orange zest.
